Appearance and Costume:
Basic Backstory: Born in the Northern Laurentians of Quebec, Julie was the only child of a single parent living on the outskirts of a small town named Rawdon. She attended school there making a decent amount of friends and spent a lot of her time hunting with her father. She exhibited signs of being empowered from an early age, from seven she developed abilities that allowed her to redirect momentum. When a rabid raccoon came charging at her father one day from behind a garbage bin she redirected it and increased it's speed making it splatter against a pine tree like pudding. Since then she has worked on perfecting her skills taking up part time work as a bounty hunter and game hunter. She signed up with the seven sins arena making a decent name for herself even holding the ranged weapons champion title two consecutive times. She still competes and holds the second place rank currently. Julie is a relatively upbeat girl, growing up in the woods has given her less traditionally feminine ideals and personality traits. You wont find her at the mall so much as the shooting range, she's the type to go out to a BBQ restaurant than a five star joint.

Powers:
(Momentum shift): Within a 30 foot range Julie can affect the momentum of any one object or being in motion. The effect can completely bring something to a standstill or reverse its momentum and double it. She can keep her abilities locked on to a target without using the abilities right away so that she can plan her move. When she releases the target from her focus the momentum continues as normal decreasing over time, but her mind is quick enough to capture the target again after she releases it if the target is close enough.
Weaknesses: When she focusses on a target for her abilities she must remain still leaving her wide open for any attack.
