Basic appearance/face claim: Long black hair curtaining over an angular face. Not quite muscular, but certainly not frail. Golden eyes and no outer imperfections.
Personality: A bit of a mad scientist type, Santiago main goal is to take over the world. But will settle for riches brought in from his theme park.
Origin: At age 21, Santiago was abducted into a secret organization known as the Silver Hand. He had become very close to achieving his work. Cloning the first true Mammoth, when he went missing. Nearly 30 years later, he has shown up again. Looking completely the same except for his new strange helmet.
History:
Powers: Peak Human Capability - Through personal genetic modification, Santiago has the physicality of an Olympian athlete at the peak of his career, as well as the ability to retain far more memory due to increased brain size, and is considered one of the top minds in the world.
Ancient Creature Control - Santiago has the ability to control the brainwaves of any of the creatures he has revived.
Advanced Cloning - Through his research; Santiago has discovered a way to clone even the oldest of bones and fossils, then turn them into living beings through the use of his cloning machine.
Hybridization - In addition, Santiago has developed a pair of gloves that allow him to merge the DNA of two creatures. Even if they are not necessarily compatible. He can do this with modern creatures as well, though he has no control over them unless cloned in his lab.
Paleolithic Bestiary - Paleo has a large variety of dinosaurs and prehistoric animals at his disposal, previous thought extinct. Due to the nature of his work and the wide variety of different creatures and dinosaurs at his disposal, Paleo can summon theoretically infinite variations of creatures, suitable for all sorts of different tasks and missions. While this is certainly a powerful ability, there remains no possible way currently to track nor record the current variations, and thus must be done on a case-by-case basis. Master Combatant- In addition to all of this, Paleo is a master is various martial arts and various weapons from throughout history.
Weaknesses: Differing Telepathic Commands - While Santiago has incredible control over his beasts; differing commands can very easily cause him trouble. Confusing his beasts and - with a strong enough command - breaking his control.
Beast Weaknesses - Beast weaknesses are decided on a thread to thread basis.
Limited Control - Santiago can only control 1 gargantuan beast, 2 large beasts, 3 medium sized beasts, 6 small beasts, and 12 tiny beasts at any one time.
Cloning - Cloning can only be done in his lab, and can take anywhere from a week to 6 months depending on the creature. 4
Hybridization - In order to use the gloves, Santiago must be within touching distance of both creatures.
Bad Recollection - While Santiago has managed extra storage space; his mind still has trouble recalling things, and it may take him precious moments where he will be stunned while trying to recall things.
Oxygen - When it comes to large insects and particularly massive dinosaurs; they require significantly more oxygen to survive off of his private island. Such creatures are outfitted with specialized oxygen emitting devices, that if damaged; could cause them to collapse in on themselves, or simply suffocate.
Items/Equipment: The Paleo Chip - Paleo’s signature weapon. A brain chip designed to allow him full control over the creatures he creates. If damaged or destroyed in some way; the creatures become wild and difficult to control until Paleo is able to fix his device. K
