General Appearance: Oz is a young man of eighteen, though, despite his young age he does seem to have a mature air about him. While he does look a bit older, around twenty/twenty-one, he is on the shorter side.
His build is about average, having some muscle, but it’s nothing to write home about. He is on the thinner side, which is surprising despite his eating habits. While there is no tattoos or any natural blemishes, Oz has acquired a few scars around his body from his work as a hero.
In terms of attire, Oz usually wears jeans, a simple shirt, and a light weight, black hoodie. His clothes are all made from Sirius, giving his clothes Sirius’s unique properties. Even his running shoes are made from Sirius (All the plastic bits are not actually plastic, but Sirius using different densities to mimic the same properties of it). Additionally, he wears a blue and black striped scarf which usually covers the lower parts of his face.
For hero-ware, Oz wears a pair of padded black pants and his own custom pair of black, running shoes which is made from his hardened cloth. He is wears a dark blue, hooded jacket that has a black strand that goes down its sleeves. Under the jacket he wears a white short sleeved shirt with a strange circular emblem on it. The emblem would be composed of an outer circle, within in which there is three small, blue stars. Like his normal ware, he wears a blue and black striped scarf which usually covers the lower parts of his face. His hood is usually up, though in combat it has tendency to fall down.

☆Personality☆
General Personality: Oz is a very quiet, but kind person. He rarely talks, both in his hero-persona and out of it. Even his movements are very quiet, he often goes about unheard. He tends to have a very helpful nature, wanting to both help people and become their friends. When he does speak, or even just through gesture, Oz can be very funny, often going out of his way to make people laugh. He is rather intelligent person, he is very good at math and several fields of science.
Oz tends to carry a very sleepy expression about him, often looking tired. Even his voice sounds like he’s tired. Despite his helpful and friendly attitude there is a level of distance that Oz keeps from people, often preferring to work by himself.
Oz does not seem to have much regard for rules or laws (though he does have a positive moral compass). He has no issue with breaking laws in order to do what he thinks is right. A good example of this is his lack of care to get a heroing license.

Powers and Abilities:
Sirius) Sirius is an alien being which has fused with Oz, giving him a good number of abilities and traits. Both Oz’s and Sirius’s consciousness seems to be fused, while still two, they can act with ease as one.
The two communicate with a mental link to one another. Furthermore, Sirius does seem to have its own personality. It seems to greatly care for Oz like a sibling or close friend. Like Oz, it also needs sleep, food, and water.
Oz can use Sirius’s powers without Sirius being conscious, though he isn’t as proficient at it. Additionally, Oz can ask Sirius to sleep if he needs to have a private discussion with someone, to which Sirius will happily agree.
Ability 1) Alien Cloth: From any point on Oz’s body he can produce a strange alien “cloth”. The cloth is much durable, capable of stopping most physical attacks (though bruising still occurs). Oz can determine the size, length, color, and density of the cloth, though it is easiest to form the cloth in forms of bands, similar to that of a scarf.
Oz has full control of this cloth and can use it like an extra appendage, though it seems to have a greater durability, speed, and strength compared to Oz. It is able to detect oncoming attacks and move Oz in order to dodge or block said attacks.
Despite the strength of the cloth it is still very flexible! It is able to bend and wrap around things with ease, though! Other people may have issues trying to move, blow back, or restrain the cloth.
Ability 2) Energy: There is a strange energy that can be channeled through the alien cloth and to some extent, Oz. When the energy is channeled through the cloth it greatly increases its power, durability, and speed. When using this energy, the cloth can pierce absurdly hard substances. It is said that if he uses enough energy he can even pierce diamond (About a quarter of his energy).
The energy also seems to be able to pierce through both psychic and magical barriers, though this is dependent on how much energy he puts into the cloth and how strong the barrier is.
This energy can also be channeled through Oz’s body; however, it is not as strong as when it is channeled through his cloth. The effects are only half as strong as when the energy is channeled through his cloth.
Ability 3) Segmented Cloth: If Oz detaches the cloth from his body or if it is severed Oz can still control it for about ten minutes before it loses its power. Energy can still be channeled through the segmented cloth, empowering it to be stronger. The cloth can move around by thinning/extending itself, crawling by dragging itself, slithering like a snake or worm, or by propelling itself with energy.
Segmented cloth can be reconnected to other pieces of cloth or to Oz himself, if he so desires. Even if the cloth has lost its power he can reconnect with it and re-empower it.
At most, Oz can only manipulate three pieces of cloth at a time.
Ability 4) Defenses: When it is just by itself the cloth is capable of withstanding strong physical attacks from bladed or blunt weaponry. The cloth also seems to have good cold and heat resistances, it is not flammable like normal cloth.
The cloth also has its own perception and with it, its own reaction time. It can react, then dodge or block incoming attacks with great speed and accuracy. It is quick enough to be able to react to bullets (though if energy is not channeled through the cloth, bullets can pierce it).
Oz, in addition to having his cloth control since melding, has also gotten some physical buffs, though his strength and ability are far from superhuman. The only stats that have been greatly affected are his own reaction time, able to dodge an impressive amount of physical attacks, and his pain tolerance.
Ability 5) Energy Defenses: When energy is being channeled through the cloth it becomes very resilient to both physical and nonphysical attacks. It can block bullets and resist against some explosions (depending on its power). It also has good resistances to physic attacks, blocking mind control and mind reading, as well as seeming to render Oz immune to telekinetic force (objects can still be flung at him though). It does also have decent magic resistance, though it is not as strong as his physic resistances.
Usual Patterns: These are just the usual ways that Oz will use his cloth, though he is not limited to these patterns:
Pattern A) Scarf Strike: Oz only uses the scarf around his neck to attack and subdue people. He mainly uses this at the start of combat when he is still assessing his target, careful not to overdue it at the beginning of a fight incase his enemy is not that strong.
Pattern B) Strong Arm: Oz’s cloth stretches over and slightly past either of his arms and is greatly enforced with a lot of energy. The cloth doesn’t connect to his arm, rather it hovers over it, the only part it is really connected to is his either of his shoulders. This is Oz’s strongest stance as he can funnel the most energy into it, though it leaves most of his body open for attacks.
Pattern C) Brawler: Cloth extends down his arms similar to that of strong arm, but, well, for both. Additionally, his clothes become reinforced, able to resist more damage. This is his more balanced form, capable of both dealing damage and blocking it. In addition, his scarf can also attack and defend.
Pattern D) Tails: Oz produces several long strands of cloths from his lower back. They stretch over his back and can be used for faster yet weakened strikes, additionally block several attacks from different directions. This is best used when facing several attacks.
Pattern E) Bundled: Surrounds his entire body with large cloth, blocking attacks from every direction. This is only to be used in emergencies for it has little to no offensive capabilities, as well as no visibility. This is only used when Oz sees a large attack coming.
Pattern F) Spider: Four long strands of cloth sprout from Oz’s back and are used to dig into stone, wood, or if he is channeling energy through them, stronger metals. They are used to carry Oz over and around obstacles. It has high mobility and is used for travel.
Weaknesses:
Weakness 1) Limited Cloth: Oz only has a limited amount of cloth that he can produce without a reprieve. He can at most make a five to six bolts of cloth.
Weakness 2) More Cloth, Less Power: The more cloth Oz is manipulating and controlling the harder it is to channel energy through each strand. The more strands he has out the less powerful they will be.
Weakness 3) Energy Limits: Oz only has a limited pool of energy that he can draw from at a time to empower his cloth. While it does have a relatively good energy if he does go to zero it takes an hour for it to fully come back.
Oz can regain energy in other ways. Eating, drinking, or resting. Additionally, he can use some of his own energy to power it, though this increase exhaustion in Oz. There are other ways in which energy can be gained or replenished, and after enough training the max amount of energy Oz can have will increase.
Weakness 4) Breaking the cloth: If someone is able to cut through metal they would probably be able to cut through capable of cutting through unpowered cloth. Additionally, even if you could not, like anything, the cloth can be worn down if struck in the same spot repeatedly.
Weakness 5) Air: Both Oz and Sirius need air to operate, as do any living thing. When cut off or if there is a lack of air, Oz has a harder time controlling the cloth, weakening it. However, if he is drowning or in a similar scenario he will have a few seconds to still use the cloth without issue due to the air he already has in his lungs.
Weakness 6) Cooped Up: Relating back to the need for air, if he is wrapped up in his cloth it becomes harder to control his cloth. A good example of this is when he is in his Bundle stance, he can only manage to keep it up for a limited of time before he can’t maintain its strength anymore.
Weakness 7) All Wet: While still being hard and durable, the cloth can still get wet/damp. When it becomes damp enough Oz will be limited in his use, the range of cloth he can produce/control is lessened, it will also be slower in its movements.
Weakness 8) Eating for Two: Since Oz is combined with Sirius he needs to eat for the both of them. This does give him a high metabolism and is able to digest food at a better rate. When using Sirius’s abilities Oz will become progressively hungrier and if he goes on too long he will pass out from hunger. The same goes for water.
Weakness 9) Exhausted: Similar to the need of food and drink, Oz needs to achieve good enough sleep for the both of them. While using Sirius’s abilities Oz will also become progressively more tired until he can pass out from exhaustion. He is more likely to pass out from exhaustion than he is from hunger.
Skills and Talents: Oz is a very quiet person. Not only is the cloth he makes a very lightweight and quiet cloth, just generally speaking Oz is very quiet, able to sneak into rooms without being noticed. Sometimes he doesn’t even mean to be unnoticed, he just goes unnoticed.
Oz also has a love for knitting and will often produce cloth just for his hobby.
Oz is a pretty decent cook, being homeless he needed to learn how to make himself semi-decent food.
Oz is smart. He is able to understand complex science or math-based questions and formulas. He is pretty decent at computers and knows a bit about hacking, though complex systems he would not be able to follow.
Equipment: Since Oz can produce his own clothing he has never really needed to pack clothes. He can just make whatever he needs.
He does carry a small bag with his food and water in it, as well as some navigation tools (compass, map, and an old GPS). He does have an old flip phone, but it is not capable of much besides texting and phone calls. Inside he also has an old ipod with blue headphones.
He has a small wallet which he keeps most of his earnings inside, as well as an old photograph of I̷̴ś̸̶a͟͟҉b̀͜͡e̵͘҉̛́l̢̨͜l҉͏̶̢͝a̛͘͟, his ID with some info scratched out, and an old key.

General History: After an accident, or, a miracle in his case, Oz was saved from comatose state when he and an alien melded together. The alien was later named Sirius by Oz, that area of space being the direction in which the alien had come from. Sirius was in need of a form to reside in and Oz was a suitable candidate.
The two melded together, granting each other means for survival, as well as giving Oz access to Sirius’s strange abilities. Though, it wasn’t a perfect process, Oz’s life was greatly changed and the two were forced to leave Oz’s home. Luckily, they had each other to carry each other through future trials.
After a certain event the two of them developed a sense of justice and decided to become heroes. Using their abilities, they fought crime and save innocents. However, their sense of justice isn’t perfect and instead of registering to become an official hero, Oz and Sirius decided it would be best to stay unregistered, able to do hero work in the way they think is right.
