Appearance and Costume: In his human form he's a 5'9" Black man with short dreadlocks going down to his shoulders. His complexion is rather clear except for a scar under his chin. He has a toned physique and long legs made like a race horse. His arms bear quite a few scars from combat and training which he refuses to have magically removed.

Basic Backstory: Romulus was born in Ethos to a single Father, his mother had passed away in childbirth. From a young age he desired to be part of the guard, his skills with a blade were marvelous and through his self taught ways were unique. For a long time as an adult he worked as a hoplite doing regular rounds as a guard never really seeing any action. For his 24th birthday he left the city and headed towards Leeds in Britain, hearing from some other comrades of an arena for fighters. His father though somewhat reluctant to say goodbye to his son did let him go, also imparting on him a family treasure. A recipe for a kind of alchemic potion that would grant the user powers beyond that of a normal being to be able to compete in the empowered world. His father had told him the recipe was won from a Goblin some time ago by the name of Grinswoerth. With the ingredients and recipe in hand he left for Britain to compete in the Seven sins arena quickly earning himself a name in the melee weapons ring. He's been the world champion thrice over and currently holds the title.

Powers: (Essence potion of war) This unique concoction of rare ingredients grants the user divine rage temporarily changing them into an avatar of War. In this state the user feeds off of conflict; the more aggression and violence around them the stronger they grow. It's a telepathic and empathic ability that uses those thoughts and feelings to grow the user. At the beginning of drinking the user is bound in armour of dormant coals; when fighting starts the coals begin to glow and burn (though do not have any lethal heat for anyone). The user grows a little and muscles expand the more the fighting goes on and the more intense it gets. The potions effects last for 6 hours.
-Strength: every 20mins = 1/4 ton weight lift ability
-Armour: every 30mins density increases 10%
-Speed: every 25mins increases by 10kph (starting at 27)
-Blade skill: every 10minutes agility and dexterity increase
-Size: every 60mins = 2 feet of growth and increased musculature
Weaknesses: After the four hours the user of the potion is rendered completely weakened and cant consume any more of the potion for 24 hours. Furthermore the potion can be highly addictive require careful monitoring of it's intake, having more than 1 every three days is very dangerous and harmful to the body. It can cause respiratory failure and scalding of the internal organs.
