”State your name for the record, please.” “Akoris Hoqor, if you must have it.”
”Cape name as well.” “I see no need to have one.You will refer to me as something stupid in your files anyway. Like Pharaoh, or Horus.”
”How old are you?” “I am one of the first kings of egypt. I am older than any living civilization.”
”Why become a villain? “Not as if I had choice in the matter. You know, back in my day; they would’ve worshipped me.”
”Do we have anything to worry about from you?” “...”
”Any affiliations we should know about?” “I am a council leader for the city of Defiance. I lead the legion of the dead in my quarter. I am also the true king of Egypt. A title I WILL regain once I am set free from this “pretty prison.”
”What do you hope to achieve?” “I plead the fifth. Isn’t that what you mortals call it?
Physicians Notes
Best way to put it? Akoris is dead. For all intents and purposes, he is dead. Despite his ability to move, speak, and attack; he’s dead. No heartbeat, no eyes that we can discern behind the purple glow, his face beneath the bandages is basically just a skull. His body is fairly well preserved, bits of dried flesh still sticking to his bones, but otherwise; he is dead. He also seems to be missing his heart, brain, liver, lungs, stomach, and intestines.
Genesis
“How did you come to be a monster?” ”As controversial as I’m sure this is, I died. Oh dear, the look on your face tells me I’ve insulted you. I suppose I can share a bit more. Back in my day, we believed in these beings called “Gods”. Shocking right? Of course it is. Anyway, I was believed to be one of these gods in flesh. I was called “Pharaoh”. I was a king. However, there was a traitorous group of people who didn’t care for my “dangerous” ideas. Honestly, create a single portal to the underworld; and suddenly you’re “an insane and evil king who wants to bring the end to the world by having Apophis swallow the sun.” Silly rumors of course. Fact is, they slew me right there. Then, they mummified my body and I was sent to the underworld. If it weren’t for something stepping in at the heart weighing ceremony, I almost certainly would’ve been devoured. Or 8000 years, I ran from the heart eater Amut and Anubis, finally; I was reawokened in the 1800s by your archaelogists. I spent the next few years, amassing a cult; before you all forced me into hiding in the city of Defiance. Lucky for me, the cities undead leader was already slain; and I just happened to be far more powerful anyway.”
Power Analysis
”Okay Mr. Hoqor, tell us more about your abilities.”
“I am a master of the arcane. I can cast magics beyond mortal sorcerers. Though I do specialize in curses. My particular favorites are “Curse of the Ancient Desert”, it’s a curse that transmutes a person into a pile of sand. It generally takes 3 days for full effect. The other is the curse that has been bound to my wrappings. The curse of the arid winds. When you are touched by the wrappings, you will be mummified and turned into my thrall.
My wrappings are prehensile. So far, I have discovered that I am able to rip apart a fighter jet with them, and lift a small tank. I have necromantic abilities, in that I can control any number of undead; though summoning them is harder. Generally, I can have up to 100 undead under my grasp at one time. Including vampires.
You’ll probably want to know my weaknesses now, yes? Very well, not as if it would help much. Salt Circles keep me contained through a mystic force field if properly blessed. A curse dispelment charm will knock the “wind out of me”. I can’t go through defenses that are extremely high tech. I require the Staff of Akoris to cast any sort of magic, though it is bound to me. I cannot use the senses of touch or smell. I am incredibly slow, and do not have the ability to run. At most, I can go at a brisk walk. If my sarcophagus in egypt is damaged, as am I. If you remove my ankh necklace, which would require you to touch my bindings; I would fall back over as a corpse trapped inside of the necklace. Ah yes, the more magic I cast; the less powerful I am in the long run until I can find a way to get a cult going again, and have them perform human sacrifices. If I run out of magical energy, I will die.
Psych analysis.”

he is. Akoris deserves to be set free immediately. Do not hold him any further. If you dare to hold him longer, this base will come down around our ears.
