Prisoner Profile - Terror

”State your name for the record, please.” “This vessels name is Jack O’Leary. His fear tasted delicious, as I’m sure yours will; Samantha.”
”Cape name as well.” “Oh now, now. Don’t be so rude.” The sound of a taser hitting flesh fills the video. “Terror.”
”How old are you?” “I am one of the first. I was born when the first creature ever tasted fear. I am older than you can even imagine. But the vessels age is 24.”
”Why become a villain? “It’s good to be bad.”
”Do we have anything to worry about from you?” “Tell me, Samantha. What is it that makes you tick? Ah, I see…” A noise, like a car crash and a little girls scream are made clear. “You don’t have to worry about me, mommy. I’m already in hell[/i] for what you did to me.” Another tasing.
Any affiliations we should know about? “No, mom. Not yet at least.”
Physicians Notes
“Mr. O’Leary is yet another interesting case, as his head has been replaced with a Jack o’ Lantern. Presumably, this fruit does not rot. He can physically liberate his head at any time, and use it as a projectile. His body seems to be that of an averagely active irish male, however and doesn’t seem to suffer any ill effects from the loss of his head. Mr. O’Leary can transform himself into a multitude of terrifying shapes depending on his victims worst fear. Sometimes these are literal transformations, and other times they are simply vague shapes that induce the fear to come to light.”
Power Analysis
Phoboform - “Mr. O’Leary has demonstrated this ability on our staff multiple times, and is capable of doing this at will. As far as we can tell, this ability can allow him to take on traits and abilities of whatever shape he has decided to use. However, he also gains any weaknesses and drawbacks that these forms may take. For instance, turning into a giant spider could cause him to collapse on himself, or becoming a banana could leave him susceptible to being devoured. Mr. O’Leary can spread this ability to others, though it seems as though the ability can only transform the target into their own worst fear.”
Nightmare Walking - “Supposedly, Mr. O’Leary can jump in and out of dreams and use the environment to kill anyone around him. While we have no actual proof of this happening, many inmates have died with the words Jack written in their flesh. It can, and should be presumed that if this ability is real, that Mr. O’Leary is capable of being injured in the dreams as well, and that while he can easily control the dream around him; if one were to realize they were dreaming and become lucid; Mr. O’Leary could be fought on such a plane.”
Sleep Inducement - “Mr. O’Leary can emit a sweet scent off his body, that can put people to sleep if they smell it. Mr. O’Leary can be affected by this himself, however.” [Permission Based]
Nightmare Physics - “Mr. O’Leary has many odd abilities that can’t be explained by anything other than being called Nightmare Physics. Mr. O’Leary can cause a person to run in place as he comes towards them, Mr. O’Leary can summon monsters from a person's subconscious, and can summon green flames to his hand to fight. This isn’t the limit of his power, but we have yet to find one.” [Permission Based]
Weaknesses - “Mr. O’Leary is weak to poppys, leaving him near comatose when they’re used against him, and leaves him trapped inside of his own body. Warm Milk can also leave Mr. O’Leary in a comatose state. We have found that simply drinking more caffeine can keep Mr. O’Leary from getting to you, but this doesn’t really work if he is coming at you in the physical realm. Soft lullabies cause Mr. O’Leary great pain, and leave him motionless.”
Psych analysis.”
“Mr. O’Leary is an incredible threat to those around him, and the rest of the world. I cannot state more than enough how much I suggest we put him down like a feral dog.”
