Strengths: He's pretty witty and well spoken. has a rather sick sense of humor at some times. Despite that he's very courteous and polite.

Flaws: When Cebra gets angry someone is going to suffer horribly, probably involving the loss of limbs or worse. He's terrible with children, he gets awkward and talks to them in very strange ways. There are times he can be outright whiny like a teenager.

Perception: It's a pathetic hovel of annoying, self righteous, entitled humans that need to be guided. Not by Cebra but by someone.

- Metal manipulation: Cebra can manipulate some metals and transmute them into others and various shapes. The metal takes on a liquid form minus the associated heat and reshapes before him.

-Internal cybernetics: The only permanent cybernetic part of Cebra is the left half of his brain. The other enhancements can be removed or added via ingesting the liquid metal and forming the cybernetics on the go. His body is designed to accommodate the movement of the metal past his organs causing no harm or discomfort.

-Transmutation: Cebra can turn some raw materials into others, the list is small and only concerns the smaller parts necessary for some devices like diamond, glass, rubber, silicon.

-S.E.M (spatial environmental matrix): A combat program in Cebra's mind, it slows down his perception of time while also using his computer half of his brain to make predictions. He can calculate th ricochet of objects, the likely movement pattern of objects and people, the trajectory and fire of a gun as well

-Uplink: Cebra can link to most if not all electronic computer like devices, cameras, security cameras

Saxon energy: Saxon energy particles developed by Orion's research and development branch is a sort of sentient energy particle. Cebra generates it naturally due to his unique physiology crafted by Orion's bio-engineers. It has the ability to fuel nanobots, discharge as a hand to hand attack, power Cebra's cybernetics, shield melted metal from rising in temperature in it's liquid state and power civilian electronics. Furthermore the energy shields any ferrous metal from hitting cebra as it has trouble with non ferrous manipulation. Cebra can only generate so much at a time as well as have so much stored. He constantly is on the look out for technology to increase his reserves or generator strength.



Nanobots: These nanobots are the pride of Orion and with good reason. They hold the memory of Cebra's biological structure and the means to transmute organic material into flesh. This means even if Cebra's body were to be completely destroyed he could be remade, though the process for this is quite lengthy compared to simple healing. They monitor the body'y condition at all times aware of any foreign entity like a poison or disease, upon sensing it the body is destroyed via intense heat or forcibly ejected by the nanobot. They will also tear apart any physical object piercing Cebra like non ferrous metals, wood and others. The nanobots are also responsible for construction of Cebra's weapons and objects



Cyco (Cybernetic conscience): The program in Cebra that maintains the nanobots and communicates with the Saxon energy. Basically it makes sure Cebra does not have to consciously monitor all his vitals and cybernetics. The more nefarious side is when Cebra's life is in danger from a weapon that could end him Cyco will take over control. Cebra's eyes turn a pale yellow and he loses all his humanity, his sole purpose becomes self preservation by any means. This is when he's at his most lethal and destructive identifying everything around him by threat level.

Ability: Cebra is an extraordinary marksman, he also moves like a shadow when he wants to. He's able to use almost all his abilities to their fullest save for hand to hand. He rarely practices this because he relies so heavily on his stealth and weapons.

Weaknesses:

-EM weaponry: EM weaponry is the golden bullet. It effectively shuts down his nanobots and Saxon energy generation. If it's a weak source then his abilities will be affected but not stopped entirely. A strong enough blast will shut down his abilities for a day or two. If he dies in this state the nanobots will not get recharged and he will be permanently dead



-Magic: Having little experience with the supernatural he has no defense against such things.



-Psionics: Psychic abilities and psionic energy is difficult to detect and deflect for Cebra's Saxon energy. He fails more often than not



-Virus: Cebra's programming isn't perfect, he is still susceptible to sophisticated viruses
