General Personality: Dio is pretty laid back and lazy as far as people go. He doesn't care too much for anything that doesn't lead to him getting money, women or maybe some interesting spirits. He's quite arrogant and ignorant at the same time daydreaming while others go on talking. He's also an insuferable pervert taking any chance to get in a pretty ladies pants, tends to go for the more mature women though is currently dating a younger Aasimar girl.

☆Power/Abilities☆
Powers and Abilities:

-Soul compass: Diomedes uses a crystal pendulum and a minute of focus to detect any soul anywhere in any realm not shielded from him as long as he has an image of the being and they have a soul to find.

-Ward: A spell that can seal the entrances to a building or area with magic that prevents evil and dark magic from passing for an hour.

-Soul sever: A contact attack where a Shaman may push the soul right out of a being and hold them in place depending on the spiritual strength of that soul vs Dio's soul. The body of the soulless being remains standing but has no responses save for basic instincts like self defense to an attack and hunger. It takes roughly 30 seconds for Dio to get tired and have to let the soul go

-Out of body: Dio can leave his body at any time leaving his body vulnerable for thirty minutes. In this form he can travel between dimensions and far places, he however has no physical effect on the world and cannot communicate with anything living. He can speak with anyone sensitive to the dead like other shaman or mediums. He can possess a friendly person if they allow it and weak spirit or weak minded enemies for five minutes."

-Host: Four ghost have permanently attached themselves to Dio through the tasks he has done for them or from family debts. These ghosts can when summoned possess and share a body with Dio enhancing his abilities to super human levels. When using these spirits his other abilities are blocked.
1. Lu-Bu: The ancient Chinese warrior binds his soul to Dio's and grants unprecedented warrior skills. He becomes masterful in the use of pikes, glaives, pole axes, long swords, katana and the tsurugi. He becomes strong enough to lift a 40 ton truck, he can move at 105kph
2. Crowley: When combining with the ancient poet and occult master Dio gains a series of magical abilities including a 20 meter teleportation skill that takes 60 seconds to cool. Lighting bolts having the strength of 0.060 amps (0.1 being lethal). He can summon a stone titan of 30 feet in height, it is slow but quite strong. His last spell summons a ball of light that explodes in a flash temporarily blinding enemies for 20 seconds.
3. James Dean: When fusing with the legendary bad boy Dio becomes almost irresistibly charming, he can persuade most people to tell him what he wants or in some cases do what he wants. He cannot convince them to do anything too far outside of their character like make a nun murder someone however. He can gains an empath ability to perceive peoples moods more easily.
4. Charles Luciano: The mobster and father of much of modern crime Lucky Luciano gives Dio a massive increase in his wisdom, intelligence and perception. Dio can see any trace clues around that elude to a crime that may have,is or will happen. He can identify guilty and innocent people with a look. He can also move around without leaving evidence like fingerprints, footprints, bodily fluids and hair.

Weaknesses:

-Psionics: Psychics power has a devastating effect on shamans, it can disconnect them from the spirit world and even harm the ghosts Dio keeps with him. 

-Iron: Iron materials are immune to all the Shamans abilities blocking out the power completely.

-Exhaustion: When physically exhausted Dio's powers are hampered, he can sometimes fail to perform a spell or merge with a spirit.

-Mirrors: When presented with a mirror the soul of a shaman can be grabbed through the mirror or mirrored surface.

-Leukemia: Dio is stricken with this illness making him quite ill, the power of the Binding light is the only thing sustaining his life. Even with this power he tires fairly quickly and has little to no physical strength without Lu-Bu. After a big fight he often needs to rest and relax for a day


-Vulnerable body: When leaving his body it is left completely vulnerable, another spirit could easily take possession of it leaving Dio without a body. He will remain as a spirit until he can retrieve his specific body back. Every 24 hours he doesn't his mind will begin to fade losing who he is until he's a mindless wraith full of hate, anger and regret. 

-Evil spirits: In places where tragedy has happened and beings have died leaving behind negative feelings and hatred Dio can get ill. The worse the place the more sick he can become requiring Rheia to help him and give him his nausea medication. The meds take a half hour to be effective.

-Necromancy. Soul magic is far different from necromancy. Necromancy has the ability to corrupt Dio's soul if exposed to it too long or too much at once. When his soul starts to corrupt his eyes will begin to turn black and his wings turn to bone when out. He will degrade into a shadow of his former self seeking to serve the darkness, any dark god or being. His soul will be torn and dragged down to hell as his body becomes a lifeless servant.
