Sirius would continue along the ceiling for some time. He would be as quiet as he could, only causing the occasional displacement of a few small stones or allowing some dust to fall, but overall it would be hard to notice, especially with the sounds of the androids proceeding forward. He would go forward with a good steady speed, wanting to distance himself as far as he could from the androids and that man. That man he distrusted so.
After a good while, a little less than an hour, he would emerge to a large opening and there he would get a good glimpse of his target, a structure that reminded him very much of a castle? Or maybe a tower? He did see a few of the guards on his way here and had moved slowly accordingly. However, he saw even more moving about in this location, but, like the previous guards, they didn’t seem to notice him, at least in this moment. His cloth had shifted in color to better match that of the ceiling, so he was blending in pretty well. The question now would be to figure out the best form of entry. He could try and go through the main door, but…chances were that there would be even more guards.
He couldn’t risk getting caught yet. As much as he knew could handle them, he didn’t want to waste any time or energy on them. He wanted to preserve his energy for the fight with the big bads of the area. He had a feeling that would be a very tough fight. He was sure he could handle it, but…he felt like he should be in his tip top shape.
“Oz.” Sirius growled in his head.
“Yes, Sirius?”
“Up there, do you see it?”
Oz looked from his perch over to the tower like structure, trying to spot what Sirius was talking about. It took him a few moments to spot it, but there looked to be window? Or maybe it was crevice or hole? It was a way in. That’s all he knew for sure. The area around it didn’t look to heavily guarded and there were a few structures and rock formations that would block the line of sight if he did in fact jump for it.
“Do you think we should go in that way?” Oz asked curiously.
“No, I was just pointing it out cause I thought it looked nice. Of course I think we should enter that way!”
Oz sighed, “I mean…do you think that is our only option.”
There was a moment of silence before Sirius replied, “I do. After giving it a good look around it seems like that is our best way in. Other options may alert others of our presence or waste too much time. I would rather not have those machines and that man catch up with us. We need to act quickly, but wisely. Understand?”
Oz nodded, “I get ya. Just give me a moment and I’ll jump when it looks clear.”
They would wait a minute or two, watching the patrolling guards. They would wait until the majority had their backed turned or were facing away. Once then, Sirius would build up a light amount of energy in the ends of the cloth and propel himself forward, doing a large leap through the air, aiming in between the rock formations and other small structures to avoid anyone’s line of sight. The jump would bring them right to the mouth of the opening and, hopefully, they would be unseen.
Feeling confident, Oz lowered his head into the room, making sure it was clear, then dropped himself in.
